Exclusive apartments with large terraces that occupy the entire width of the building. They are located on the attic floor, with privileged views from both the master bedroom and the living room. We have two apartments of this type: the front one, with sea views; and the rear one, with front views of the pools and side views of the sea.

SPECIFICATIONS:
– Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen-living room with sofa bed and terrace.
– Frontal views of the sea or frontal views of the pools and lateral views of the sea, with a large terrace.
– Maximum number of occupants: 6 people.
– Total suitable area (not including terrace): 60.00 m².

All apartments have in common:
– Master bedroom: 150cm bed. and closet.
– Bedroom 2 (in the case of T2): two 90cm single beds. each one and closet.
– A bathroom with shower or bathtub (all T1s) | A bathroom with a shower and another with a bathtub (all T2s).
– Sofa beds (Italian model) of 135cm. easy to open and very comfortable (except for Apt. T1 Superior, which does not have a sofa bed).
– Terraces equipped with furniture.
– Iron and ironing board.
– All apartments have free Wi-Fi and 55” OLED television.
– All apartments have a parking space for one vehicle completely free of charge.

The kitchens are fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob, microwave with grill, toaster, electric coffee maker, electric juicer, kitchenware, crockery and cutlery. The bedrooms have closets and comfortable beds with linen. The bathrooms have a hairdryer, washbasin and shower towels and Prija® amenities, products with natural properties and vegan formulas.
